Job Description Summary As part of the Commercial Innovation and Design team, you will support the team in implementing product-specific vision to support our corporate and departmental goals. Lead in bringing impactful innovation to bear for important partners and/or our customers in a way that exceeds their needs while growing our business. What you will do : You will be an advisor to guide product prioritization efforts Partner across teams to document the vision, strategy, roadmap, and phased deployments with an eye toward details to enable rapid, data-driven decision-making for business growth, including pilots or small scale, limited deployments Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to our products, services or workflows Address any challenges related to meeting or exceeding target metrics Collaborate to help prioritize products and resourcing requirements to support delivery across the organization Support preparations of readouts and updates for any business reviews You will be an operating model expert within the Rockwell environment that is sought out for input Foster positive working relationships with important partners, including cross functional teams to understand their needs and break down barriers On an ongoing basis, monitor new GenAI intake submissions; download Excel report and share with full Innovation Hub team on a regular cadence Check GenAI intake form to see if use-case advocate has provided sufficient information to fill in an opportunity card; note/track gaps Facilitate scheduling for any meetings required for the intake and prioritization process (i.e., meetings with use-case advocate, meetings with governance board) Manage communications with use-case advocates on the status of submitted use-case(s), and communication with BUs Archive Maintenance: Place deprioritized use-cases in an archive and monitor the archive periodically on a set cadence to check for any updates that may allow them to resume in the process Participate in Use-Case Decision-Making:Contribute to team discussions around use case prioritization and sequencing to enable innovation while maintaining security You will be 100% remote You will report into Transformation portfolio manager Essentials- You will have Bachelor's degree required Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
