What We Do We'reseeking a personable, professional andversatile, Talent AcquisitionCoordinator responsible for supporting the staffing and onboarding needs within our energetic, high volume, HR Shared Services and Talent Acquisition team! We're all about strategies that attract top talent for assigned client groups for First American and in this role, you will facilitate the staffing functions to the overall recruitment team, working with Human Resource Business Partners, our Hiring Managers and most importantly, our Candidates joining the First American team by guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process, gathering and processing information, all while supporting the Recruiters in their efforts to fill multiple open positions. This is a remote position. Applicant must be located in CST or EST. What You'll Do: Support and maintain the hiring process with active involvement in recruitment activities. Create job requisitions and postings for internship positions and immigration postings. Coordinate background checks and drug screens, employee referral program, and offer letter creation. Onboarding support for new employees, including completion of Form I-9. Troubleshooting network access and onboarding issues. Preserve confidential information such as offer letters, compensation data, and candidate information with a high degree of integrity and judgment. Follow functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations. Actively contribute to the results of a team and work toward achieving goals and objectives. What You'll Bring: Demonstrated administrative skills and ability to multi-task in a complex business environment; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with internal HR staff and all employee levels within the organization Exceptional customer service focus Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field Takes initiative and accountability to ensure tasks are done on time and complete Ability to use technology, tools and processes to stay highly organized Must be self-motivated, highly detailed and organized, able to take initiative to make or adapt to changes Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking system experience - preferably Workday Good verbal and written communication skills Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level Working knowledge of a HCM and ATS for processing background checks and managing the offer and onboarding process. High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of related experience Pay Range: $17.30 - $30.07 hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
