Traveling with service truck required. Installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts and electrical components. Apply paint sub-coatings and finish coatings to complete all vehicle paint. Duties and Responsibilities: Installation of all non electrical interior/exterior components and hardware Trouble shoot and repair all systems Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English Close attention to detail Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision. Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled. Assist in training installers at all skill levels. Follow all paint procedures for a quality, lasting paint finish. Be able to mix and spray all products used. Perform spot-in repairs. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Meet minimum safety and 5S standards. Meet all QA and QC standards for each task. Be compliant with all the rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook. Ensure that hazardous waste is handled appropriately and placed into the proper container(s). Other duties and responsibilities as required. Qualifications/Training: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English. Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices. Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards. Ability to effectively present information in to customers. Ability to travel may include overnight. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have good knowledge of automotive electronics. Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools. Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun. Ability to use basic mathematics. Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
