Adecco is assisting a com pan y that operates mainly in the Electric Power sector in the recruitment of an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT located in SAN JUAN (HATO REY) . This is TEMPORARY assignment. Apply now if you meet with the qualifications below!

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay rate: $16.00 per hour

Education and Qualifications:

  • B.S/B. A with 1 year of experience or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the administrative field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Display a global mindset with the ability to work across different cultures.

  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Upper intermediate English skills preferred.

  • Strong administrative/ organizational skills.

  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and work under little or no supervision.

  • Knowledge of SAP as plus.

Job Description:

  • Reception of visitors and telephone attention.

  • Manage communication with customers, users and visitors.

  • Organize schedules and appointments for the team.

  • Perform weekly tests of the satellite phone and report unforeseen events to the security and IT teams.

  • Create purchase order requisitions & service entry sheets for PO requisitions in SAP/Ariba or related company platforms.

  • Create monthly provisions report for the BD area.

  • Answer vendors, costumers, and public phone calls. Be the first point of contact for visitors to provide information and guidance.

  • Prepare, receive and distribute correspondence.

  • Manage vendors quotations, invoices processes and tracking, and prepare expense reports. Follow up payments process and be the point of contact with vendors. Assist in basic accounting tasks.

  • Help the members of the office with the organization, storage and management of files and documents.

  • Create company-specific physical and electronic folders to ensure that we have legal, financial and accounting information records.

  • Events planning: Provide support and assistance in office events and business meetings.

  • General support to the accounting department with invoice filing.

  • Strict adherence to safety regulations and policies.

  • Provide administrative support to managers daily.

  • Help the commercial team with Luma daily reports.

  • Provide support with travel arrangements for employees (flights, hotel reservations, etc).

  • Prepare credit cards reports.

  • Provide support with other administrative tasks and handle office supplies.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
