Collaborate and provide support to the different departments when required, maintain an attitude of teamwork with all company departments. Work on research and recommendations of migration and cost reduction projects. Responsible for meeting the Company and Department goals and support of its vision. This is to be accomplished by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensure accuracy between our network’s design (virtual blueprint) and actual physical network (system). 99% of new services orders processed within 2 business hours and of cancellation service orders completed within 1 business days.99% of orders received in Network Design Review will be worked and referred to billing in two business days.Complete system audit as requested with the time allowed.95% of trouble tickets processed and closed with 2 business days.Handle service orders to create new infrastructure on the Circuit Builder Module, when needed.Handle service orders of new or additional services on existing circuits. Assure the final solution installed is properly registered into the Circuit Builder Module.Create equipment, services, and transports for all new Customers from into the Circuit Builder Module.Audit periodically the Circuit Builder Module to ensure accuracy with the Physical Network.Monitor assigned core facilities or equipment to ensure capacity and possible growth to optimize or network and report any under or above optimal criteria level to Operations and Planning.Update the Circuit Builder Module due to partial or full equipment replacement and any other change to the client’s network configuration. Eliminate all equipment, services, and transports for all service cancellations from the Circuit Builder Module.Prepare and provide reports as required.Attends and manage technical calls to validate the remote connection to our equipment’s.Manage all Network Desing emails receive during working hours in the day assigned to manage it.Participate in the kickoffs meetings and take the relevant notes and share with the Network Design Team.Keep logging to the Network Design queue to attend technical support to SIM and Repairs Teams to validate remote access and technical support.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This Job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Ability to understand and analyze Network and Customers Designs.Knowledge of functions of CPE and Network Equipment.Knowledge of provisioning process.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under time constraints and comply with hard deadlines.Capable to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to perform under minimal supervision.
