AnthroMed Education Speech-Language Pathologist in Gurnee, Illinois

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time for 2024-25 School Year

Location: Gurnee, IL

Your Role: Split Between Two Fantastic Schools!

This position allows you to split your week between two nearby schools, giving you variety and the opportunity to make a bigger impact on students in 4th-8th grade:

  • 2.5 Days at Intermediate School: Working with 4th and 5th graders.

  • 2.5 Days at Middle School: Engaging with a smaller caseload and ample support.

You’ll find that this district not only values collaboration but also provides extensive resources to help you thrive. With smaller caseloads, you’ll have the chance to give students more individualized attention while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) and ASHA certification in good standing.

  • School-based experience is preferred, but a passion for helping students communicate better is essential.
