ASK US ABOUT A SIGN-ON BONUS!!!\ \ We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to provide exceptional care under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Case Manager at various locations in Central and North-Central Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients as directed by the registered nurse and physicians plan of care.
• Provide provide general oversight of resident safety
• Update the plan of care with new or changed goals/interventions as needed.
• Complete a skills competency checklist within 90 days and maintain annual agency training requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
