What you can expect from this role

The Family Medicine Clinic in Wood River is looking for a team centered LPN or CMA Lead to work in their busy fast pace environment! If you enjoy positive team cultures, being able to multi-task, and leading people - This role is for you!!!

• Enjoy a flexible work schedule Four, 10 hour shifts per week (Monday - Friday with variable day off). No weekends/holidays!

• Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

• The LPN/CMA Lead will also assist with Staff CMA/LPN duties working alongside physicians and APPs, and will still provide some patient care, working alongside clinic staff, etc

Lead CMA Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

• Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant

• NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA

Experience

• 2 years

Lead LPN Qualifications

Education

• Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program

Certifications

• Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Current Licensed Practical Nuse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice

Experience

• 2 years
