Our client, a well-established luxury real estate firm, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate start. This role requires the processing of vendor invoices, coding and matching, and handling ACH transactions and wire transfers. Additional responsibilities include managing prepaid invoices, maintaining accurate vendor records, reconciling accounts payable transactions, and overseeing payment schedules. Responsibilities

• Real Estate experience is a Must.

• Process high volume invoices.

• Perform matching/coding of purchase orders and invoices.

• Process ACH transactions, direct debits, and domestic/international wire transfers.

• Record and manage prepaid invoices, including entry, payment, and clearing.

• Organize and file vendor invoices for record-keeping.

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendor statements.

• Manage payment schedules and financial deadlines.
