Robert Half Project Coordinator in Hallandale, Florida

Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team based in Hallandale, Florida. This role involves managing and coordinating all activities at our worksite, with a specific focus on restoration, windows/doors installation, and painting projects. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate on-site activities for restoration, windows/doors installation, and painting projects.

• Act as the main point of contact for the site, liaising between the Association Board of Directors, Condo Owners, and the selected approved contractors for the project.

• Ensure all site activities are managed effectively, efficiently and safely.

• Maintain close contact with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities with the approved contractors, ensuring all requirements for site preparation, materials handling, site inspections, and coordination with owners are fully met.

• Oversee that the contractors on site meet all legal and regulatory requirements as well as the building rules and regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to the Board of Director of the Association.

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Costpoint and Deltek

• Proficient with Deltek Vision and About Time

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Knowledge in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Auditing

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge in project management methodologies and techniques

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
