Note: The pay rate for this job is $20- $27 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs to include: drywall, appliances, locks, HVAC, and plumbing

• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and trim using provided brushes, rollers, and sprayers

• Check and troubleshoot appliances; stoves, dishwashers and HVAC systems

• Test lights and outlets

• Replace burnt-out bulbs and any other defective devices

• Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

• Exterior maintenance to include: Trim bushes and overhanging branches

• Rake leaves, mow front and side lawn, and snow removal

• Ensure exterior common areas and walkways are clear and safe.

 Qualifications:

• At least 1 to 2 years Maintenance experience EPA Certification (not required, but a plus) Valid Driver's License

• Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions: Spend 90%+ of time performing hands on repairs/maintenance / turnover work

• Ability to transport or move a minimum of 50 lbs. variable distances; the mobility and flexibility to use ladders and to access and work in confined spaces or at heights in excess of 6 to 8ft

• This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law

• An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law
