Job requires cleaning and maintenance in various commercial and residential buildings, including carpet, upholstery, drapery, and floors, as well as disaster restoration services. Job involves heavy lifting of furniture and appliances.

Employees must be available for on call services 24-7, with some possible overnight travel. Our job area covers Marion, Franklin, Winston, Fayette, and Lamar County areas.

*Requirements/Skills:*A Driver's License with good driving record is required since they will be traveling in a company vehicle.Employees must be able to work in a team environment. We are searching for honest, dependable, and hard-working individuals to perform our specialized services. Experience in construction, HVAC, and/or plumbing is preferred. High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
