Help Desk Support Technician opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
The Help Desk Support Technician is responsible for coordinating the services between the Information Technology Department and computer users experiencing problems. Duties require the technician to handle multiple requests, analyze and assist in diagnosing problems relative to workstations, workstation connectivity, peripheral equipment, and Microsoft Office applications through discussion with users, desktop support, or escalation of issue to other in the department. This position is responsible for documenting all issues and resolutions, configuration and installation of workstations and peripherals, and may be required to support specific systems, such as telephone, audio/video, clinical or financial.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma
Licensures, Certifications, Registrations (Preferred)
Support Certification (A+, MCDST, MCP, MCSA, MCSE).
Experience (Preferred):
Experience in a Desktop Support or Computer Repair.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
