Description We are in search of a Business Analyst to join our team in Hamilton, New Jersey. This role is essential in our IT sector, focusing on process improvement methodologies and strategic planning. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, manage time effectively, and contribute to our team environment. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve business processes using methodologies such as Six Sigma and TQM

• Use advanced computer skills and visualization tools to present data and findings

• Collaborate with stakeholders to find acceptable solutions and influence strategic planning

• Effectively communicate results and recommended actions to management

• Utilize time management skills to organize and prioritize tasks

• Utilize CRM and Database systems to maintain accurate customer records and resolve inquiries

• Employ Atlassian Jira, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, and AB Testing skills to enhance business processes

• Apply Agile Scrum methodology to ensure efficient project management

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents

• Administer Claim Administration processes as per industry standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Strong knowledge of database management and structures

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Ability to conduct Gap Analysis

• Experience with AB Testing

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document
