Summary: As an Engineering Technician at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by supporting both engineering and manufacturing functions. Your responsibilities would include testing and troubleshooting electronic systems and modules throughout the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) process, which encompass design, verification, and the production release of these systems. Annual incentive plan (bonus) Paid vacation and sick time Up to 10 paid holidays/year 4 hours voluntary time off to volunteer for your favorite charity Health, dental, and vision insurance, subject to applicable premium deductions Short-term and long-term disability insurance - 100% company paid Other ancillary insurance options available 401(k) retirement account with matching MPG contributions & profit sharing (if applicable) Profit Sharing Plan - potential up to 3% of base salary Educational Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year Gym membership reimbursement up to $120 per year Primary Responsibilities of this position include: Assist with the design and test of RF architectures including test fixtures and racks/benches Work with engineers and technicians to review and optimize current testing processes Support standardization of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for engineering and production applications Review and implement solutions to leverage performance improvements of new technology Perform component level troubleshooting and repair of RF modules and assemblies Assist engineers with the development of test plans, procedures, and test instructions Perform testing, collect data, and analyze the results, including documentation of the findings Support DVT and Qualification activities as required Perform maintenance or repairs of equipment and fixtures as required Function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team Create PCB prototypes as required Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include: Demonstrated experience working hands-on in a manufacturing or engineering environment Knowledge and familiarity with RF test equipment, such as signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other standard RF test equipment Demonstrated ability to multi-task, remain organized and complete objectives on time Proficient in the use of Microsof
