1 DirectAir is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in West Chester, OH - in a Hybrid role! As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support our DirectAir operations as a first response call center representative. DirectAir is the leading provider of compressed air and gas as an essential utility for multiple companies across the US which operate 24 hrs a day/7 days a week/365 days per year. What You'll Do: Respond immediately to pages, emails or calls from our software and answering service and take appropriate action. Follow strict work instructions and procedures that may vary by site. Ability to adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures is necessary. Report immediately any critical situation to appropriate personnel for them to respond onsite when applicable. Provide customer support directly when needed via phone, e-mail & chat technologies, accurately documenting all correspondence. Maintain productivity in all support tasks, able to follow all company policies & procedures. Be team oriented, operating with respect and integrity in every way to earn the trust of fellow employees and customers alike. Attend and participate in team meetings and required training. Provide mentoring to peers for cross training as needed. Assist with various tasks in the office/shop, including but not limited to the following: Spare parts receiving, organizing & loading for shipment to new sites. Technical tool ordering & assembly. Basic service modifications & support to equipment in production. What You'll Need: Minimum high school degree or equivalent required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook. Flexibility to accommodate DirectAIR 24/7/365 operations including weekends and holidays. Preferred 1-3 years of customer service experience. Home internet must be Cable/DSL/Fiber ISP - no satellite, no data caps on internet usage. Company laptop & phone will be provided.
