(Operator – Set Up – Maintenance)

What’s in it for you?

1st shift hours: 5:45am - 3:45pm (MON-THUR / overtime possible on Fridays)

3rd shift hours: 7:45pm - 5:45am (SUN-WED / overtime possible on Thursday evenings)

• Competitive wage $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Light lifting only – save your back and legs

• Temporary to hire, based on performance

What is the job?

Operators 1 st shift

Will operate the screw machine, to manufacture quality parts consistent with current safety, ISO, Quality, and housekeeping requirements.

Set-up 1 st and 3 rd shift

Individual will perform machine setup and/or run machinery, consistent with current ISO requirements, safety requirements, and 5-S requirements.

Maintenance 1 st and 3 rd shift

Individual will be responsible for maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. Individuals will adhere to current ISO requirements and observe all safety and housekeeping requirements. Mechanical experience in a manufacturing background required. Candidates with Auto Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic background are a great fit.

• Maintaining a clean work environment

• Performing manual and electronic recordkeeping and information retrieval

What you bring to the job?

• Previous experience in manufacturing experience

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to read calipers

• Excellent math skills and the ability to use hand tools (air guns, wrenches, drill press, etc.)

• Great attitude and ability to work in a team

• High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)

• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
