R10051868 Senior Inventory Manager (Open) Location: Levittown, PA - Warehouse - (SAF) How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Hardgoods Supply Chain Senior Inventory Manager will be responsible for analyzing real-time data from all aspects of the hardgoods supply chain, including manufacturers, vendors, wholesalers, logistics, customers and DC's. The role will be a key element in optimizing stocking levels and ensuring products are in the locations that best serve our Regions/Branches and customers. In addition, the HGSC Senior Inventory Manager will liaise between the DC's, National Purchasing (i.e. Buying Center), and Product Management to seek opportunities to reduce costs and increase working capital. Create a vision for world class inventory management and inventory control by leveraging industry best practices. Develop inventory strategies from receiving dock to shipping. The strategy will include inventory analysis, develop the inventory roadmap, and auditing the accurate cycle counting of inventory. Strategic development of programs and projects, which involves determining targets, deliverables, and timelines, developing the annual plan, and managing the plan, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing next steps and status reports, and working with team members to resolve issues. Lead the KPI management, establishing competitive benchmarks to enable improved customer experience. Manage the process for returning inventory from Branches to DC's. Lead process for donating and/or discarding obsolete inventory. Work with DC's, National Purchasing and National Information Systems (NIS) teams on automation and digital transformation opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly inventory accuracy targets and identify improvement opportunities. Lead and manage multiple, complex work streams within and/or across program(s) and collaborate with various departments including Process Improvement and CX. Provide support to execute the strategy of continuous improvements in key supply chain metrics by managing programs and projects, communicating progress, escalating challenges, and clear and timely communication to stakeholders. __Are you a MATCH? The ability to work and navigate within a complex matrix organization. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
