Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring top-quality products? We’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate to join our fast-paced team. What You’ll Do:

• Support & Training: Write, revise, and deliver training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), testing specifications, and protocols. Prepare engaging cGMP and GDP presentations.

• Inspection & Compliance: Inspect production procedures and logbooks to ensure regulatory compliance. Assist in internal audits and review manufacturing records for accuracy.

• Data Management: Record and maintain accurate data in forms, records, or logbooks. Manage training software and track employee training progress.

• Environmental Monitoring: Test and monitor the facility’s environment for microbial contaminants. Maintain trending data for environmental monitoring and cleaning equipment verifications.

• Equipment & Supplies: Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance, order supplies, and ensure proper lab testing, including statistical sampling plans.

• Product Release & Samples: Assist in product release activities, ensure error-free records, and manage retained samples.

• Continuous Improvement: Discover opportunities for improvement, assist with method validation studies, and support handling and disposing of product returns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a science-related field. 1-3 years of QA experience in FDA-regulated Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals, or Food industries.

• Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
