R.H. Foster Energy, LLC is seeking a Sales Auditor to assist in all aspects of the convenience store audit process and provide clerical support to the accounting department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with uploading and auditing stations\' daily work, including verification of:
  • fuel gallons and dollars
  • fuel movements
  • cash paid outs, audits non-DSD invoices
  • credit card sales
  • lottery sales / paid outs
  • refunds
  • ROAs
  • total sales
  • coupons
  • bank deposits
• Assists with preparing the monthly convenience store inventory reconciliation.
• Research convenience store accounts payable open invoices and invoices short pays.
• Reconciles convenience store transfers.
• Research and reports convenience store overages and shortages.
• Reconciles the month end sales auditing for all divisions of the company.
• Responsible for performing research as requested.
• Responsible for filing as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One year certificate from college or technical school; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
