Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative at Maven Roofing, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with homeowners in your territory. You will identify potential customers, conduct roof inspections, present solutions, and close deals. This is a high-energy role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers protect and enhance their homes.

Core Responsibilities
  • Prospect New Leads: Identify and engage with potential customers in your territory through door knocking, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct Roof Inspections: Perform detailed roof inspections to identify issues and provide solutions to homeowners.
  • Present Solutions: Educate customers on their roofing options, using our proven sales process and the Ingage platform to present estimates and proposals.
  • Close Deals: Drive the sales process from start to finish, overcoming objections, and securing contracts.
  • Follow Up: Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through consistent follow-up, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the production team to ensure that projects are completed to the customers satisfaction.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
What Were Looking For
  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement or construction-related industry.
  • Self-Motivated: A go-getter who is driven to succeed and takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Problem Solver: Someone who can think on their feet and provide creative solutions to customer needs.

  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel within your territory.
