Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at our headquarters. The successful candidate will handle a range of duties including reconciling and processing all types of receipts, handling non-posted payments, verifying payment information, using web-based image applications, processing and reconciling daily bank deposits, and managing Electronic Fund Transfers. Additional responsibilities include retrieving and processing imaged check requests and performing other accounts receivable duties as needed.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Maryland.

Work Environment

The role is based in a building housing the AR, HR, AP departments in a cubical environment with a close-knit team of about 8-10 members. The team values collaboration and enjoys socializing during lunch breaks, fostering a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
