Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a remote bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. The role involves interacting with customers to provide information and resolve complaints related to our products and services. This position places a heavy emphasis on maintaining high levels of customer service and utilizing various computer applications to manage and document customer interactions and transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding service or billing by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.

• Use computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software to accurately document and record customer/client information.

• Manage time effectively to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

• Utilize interpersonal skills to provide excellent service to customers and maintain a positive relationship with team members.

• Use written communication skills to document customer interactions and resolutions effectively.

• Work independently to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Skills

  • Proficient in customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Experience in a call center environment is necessary.

  • Strong written communication skills are required.

  • Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Familiarity with computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook and About Time.

  • Proven ability to handle billing, adjustments, and claim administration.

  • Experience in data entry is a must.

  • Knowledge of merchandising in the health pharm/biotech industry.

  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service-related experience required
