Job Title: Employment Screening Coordinator

Job Description

Join our client's HR Shared Services department as an Employment Screening Coordinator where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our corporate and field office locations across our Operating Companies for employment screening related items. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, handling Drug & Alcohol Testing and Occupational Health Screenings, assisting with policy-related inquiries, scheduling questions, providing testing results, and responding to general inquiries related to drug and medical screening. You will be involved in various drug and medical screening processes, drug test scheduling, medical screening package set up with vendor, mailing of non-negative notices for positive drug test results, and vetting and approving medical marijuana cards. As part of your role, you will also provide regular reporting to operating companies and assist with ad-hoc projects, tasks, and administrative duties as needed.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Maryland.

Work Environment

The position is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Flexibility to work on weekends if needed is preferable.
