They are looking to hire a Desktop Technician to assist with this significant transition, starting at their corporate headquarters in Catonsville, MD.

This project involves upgrading over 800 devices across various HQ locations. The lead technician will play a crucial role in managing the daily workload from a technical perspective. They will be responsible for overseeing a team of four technicians, ensuring that each device is properly upgraded. Additionally, the lead technician should have experience managing a small team to meet daily and weekly workload goals while acting as the liaison between leadership and the technicians to communicate any changes or updates to the project.

The top skills required for this role include:

1. Experience imaging devices using tools such as SCCM, MECM, or Intune.

2. Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.

3. Hardware troubleshooting support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
