We're in search of a detail-oriented individual capable of hand-laying precut material on aluminum mandrels to construct products according to precise specifications. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in our production process, ensuring that our products consistently uphold the highest standards of quality and precision. Location: Hanover, MN Wage: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm - 12 am Benefits of the builder / manufacturing technician: Health insurance and dental insurance after 60 days Earned Paid Time Off (PTO) 9 paid holidays 401k with company match Responsibilities of the builder / manufacturing technician: Cutting and assembling precut kits to create raw plug bodies in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), utilizing print readings, basic math skills, and procedural adherence. Loading raw plugs into molds and applying necessary pressure as per requirements. Extracting fully cured plugs from molds upon completion of the curing cycle. Skills and Requirements of the builder / manufacturing technician: Strict adherence to all company safety regulations and policies. Capability to interpret drawings and adhere to written instructions effectively.
