Job Responsibilities

Creare, a leading engineering research and development firm in Hanover, NH, seeks to fill the position of Manufacturing & Production Quality Engineer (M&PQE). The M&PQE reports to the QA Director and focuses on direct project execution. The M&PQE works closely with the QA Managers and others to ensure that our projects meet or exceed the rigorous standards required by our contracts.\ \ Responsibilities include but are not limited to: interpreting project-specific contractual requirements into executable actions that must be undertaken by project team; communicating requirements to entire project team including engineers, manufacturing personnel, purchasing, inspectors, receiving/QC inspectors, contracts, etc.; working directly with project teams to ensure contractual requirements are met; identifying potential improvements to corporate-wide procedures that would improve product quality/efficiency; interacting with customer technical and quality assurance personnel to understand requirements and address issues; interacting with contracts and other corporate departments on project-specific issues; leading customer quality assurance audits; understand IS09001 and AS9100 standards and maintain/develop working knowledge of other relevant standards.
