Tooling Supervisor needed to direct activities of the Injection Mold Tooling department at our clients facility. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate a team of Injection Molding Tooling Technicians and Tooling setup personnel to meet operational KPIs. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repair, and upkeep of injection molding tools. APPLY NOW

responsibilities:

• Direct the activities of the Injection Mold Tooling department

• Lead and motivate Injection Molding Tooling Technicians and Tooling setup personnel

• Responsible for preventative maintenance, repair, and upkeep of injection molding tools

• Competitive benefits and possible overtime available

• Recruit, interview, and hire tooling technicians as needed

• Manage all tool planned preventative maintenance

• Oversee design and fabrication of tooling needed for production

• Utilize customer CAD/data for tooling designs and evaluations

• Coordinate with scheduling to pull and set tools for PMs, job changes, repairs

• Investigate and implement methods to improve efficiencies in tool cleanings and repairs techniques

• Adhere to safety and health rules and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred with relevant experience

• PC and Microsoft skills required

• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities

• Physical demands include occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs and use of a respirator

• Work environment includes office area with low noise level and machine shop floor with moderate to high noise level and hazards.
