Our client located in Harahan, LA is seeking a Ap Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.

Job Title: AP Clerk

Location: Harahan, LA

Pay Range: 22.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Process accounts payable invoices and employee expense reports for accurate, timely payment.

• Ensure proper general ledger and projects coding of invoices.

• Process supplier payments via check, ACH and wires.

• Work with Purchasing team and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment issues.

• Scan accounts payable documents into electronic repository and assist with month-end close process.

What’s Needed?

• 2+ years of relevant accounts payable or accounting experience.

• Experience with accounting ERP systems (Oracle a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Interest in technology and ability to adapt to new systems.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail and A self-managed team player.
