**Responsibilities: **

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and commercial refrigeration units in accordance with company/industry standards.

- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.

- Respond promptly to service calls and participate in after-hours emergency service rotation.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician and/or commercial refrigeration technician.

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Flexibility to participate in after-hours emergency service rotation as needed.

- Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.

**Preferred Qualifications: **

- HVAC/R certification or relevant technical training.

- Experience with various HVAC and refrigeration systems.

- Knowledge of local codes and regulations.
