Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

: Training Center of Central Texas (with some travel to Fort Cavazos)

Reports To

: Operations Manager/Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator will develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting military personnel at Fort Cavazos. This role will focus on increasing awareness and enrollment in the Training Center's programs, specifically electrical and solar training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing campaigns to target military personnel transitioning to civilian careers.
• Work closely with the Fort Cavazos base to schedule outreach events and presentations.
• Coordinate with local military support programs to offer tailored training packages.
• Manage the Training Centers social media presence, focusing on military and veteran recruitment.
• Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on educational or technical programs.
• Experience in military outreach or working with military/veteran communities is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze and adjust marketing strategies based on data.
