Key Duties:

Join our client as a Staff Accountant and report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer. You will handle the financial activities of multiple real estate partnerships, prepare work papers for annual audits, and review partnership tax returns. Additionally, you will engage in various special projects focusing on financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting; general ledger experience essential.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Independent and organized self-starter who excels at prioritizing and multitasking.

• Comfortable tackling new and unfamiliar tasks.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

• Enthusiastic team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a robust work ethic.
