The Lieutenant Governor's Board of Pardons (BOP) is looking for an administrative professional to join our team. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing clerical and administrative staff tasked with office duties, managing pardons outreach programs, assisting with workflow and other BOP projects, and acting as an agency procurement officer as well the alternate Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC). Effective communication is key as you will be traveling, presenting, and answering pardon questions at outreach events hosted by elected officials and other non-profits. You may also have the opportunity to assist in the development of regulations, legislation, or Board actions to improve the operations of the Board of Pardons.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must have one year of experience reviewing and understanding Pennsylvania criminal court records. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
