DESCRIPTION OF WORK An Administrative Officer 2 is responsible for reporting monthly and annual Securities registration revenue. Work includes supervising and performing the review, analysis, and approval of broker dealer, investment adviser, agent, and investment adviser representative registrations and determining registration eligibility and grants registrations in accordance with the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972. Maintaining the data in and access to the Central Registration Depository (CRD) and the Investment Adviser Registration Depository (IARD) and training staff on its use will be included in your duties. You will have the opportunity to analyze operations and report of agency and other states' data and industry trends as well as recommending process changes and improvements.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time for eligible employees. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as an Administrative Officer 1; or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
