DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As the Assistant Director, you will be assisting with the administration and implementation of various programs, policies, and procedures designed to enhance consumer engagement and ensuring effective regulatory practices. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both the Director of Public Engagement and various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and achieve departmental objectives. You will be tasked with: Program development and coordination Consumer engagement Event management Communication and outreach Administrative support Reporting and documentation Vendor and facility management Special projects and training Meeting coordination

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Work schedule may require evening hours and overnight travel Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week (Monday and Friday). In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as an Administrative Officer 2; or Four years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management of staff work in public or private organization, including experience in personnel management budgeting or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
