In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, assisting, supporting, and executing various business-related tasks throughout the software development life cycle. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will engage in sophisticated analytical tasks related to various vehicle titling and registration applications that serve over 12 million vehicles in Pennsylvania, including Law Enforcement, Inspection/Emission Stations, PennDOT Business Partners, and Jurisdictions. Your duties will encompass the development of test scripts, documentation, defect analysis, and the coordination of testing resources, alongside administrative responsibilities such as project planning, creation of test plans, requirements gathering, and communication of project status. Furthermore, you will participate in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, which include gathering requirements, creating use cases, recording test results, and resolving defects. You will also be responsible for delivering succinct status reports to Executive Management, Business Areas, and Vendors, while facilitating communication with various internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between business users and IT personnel regarding system modifications and coding.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. This position performs off hour support and reporting as required. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
