DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will have the responsibility of reviewing and handling intricate motor vehicle and/or driver licensing applications submitted by the general public in person. This includes tasks such as renewing or replacing regular or commercial driver licenses, processing occupational limited licenses, probationary licenses, ignition interlock licenses, non-driver photo identification cards, and updating commercial driver license medical certifications. Additionally, you will be required to manage driver license restorations, handle requests for paid driver license information, address bad check cases or refund requests, and process ownership requests for motor vehicles from existing Pennsylvania or out-of-state vehicles. Furthermore, the role involves issuing various registration plates, such as special organization plates, vanity tags, antique/classic/vintage registration plates, seasonal plates, farm plates/biennial certificates, and handling requests for imported or exported vehicles. you will also be responsible for correcting odometer readings, processing salvage vehicle titles, renewing, updating, or replacing regular motor vehicle registrations, managing weight change requests for motor vehicles, recording or removing lienholder information, restoring registration suspensions, processing applications for disability parking placards, and creating dead tag records for returned registration plates.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weekly Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. May be required to work when a full day and/or partial-day office closing is authorized. To include but not limited to: early dismissals for inclement weather; the day before holidays and special holiday closings. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:
