We are hiring for a temporary position in Harrisburg, PA. This role is centered around the handling of a large-scale scanning project involving personnel files. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. This position offers a short-term contract-based employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Disassembling personnel files in preparation for scanning

• Scanning large volumes of personnel files accurately and efficiently

• Sending scanned files to the indexing company for further processing

• Ensuring the thoroughness of all work to maintain the integrity of the files

• Transporting boxes of files to prepare for scanning

Requirements

• Candidate should possess skills in Scanning and Personnel File Maintenance.

• Proficiency in general office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence management is required..

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are a must.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.

• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
