The Pennsylvania Treasury Department is seeking an enthusiastic, detailed-oriented individual to join the Bureau of Human Resources, Division of Training and Development, as a Human Resource Analyst I. This position will give you the opportunity to perform instructional design, development, and delivery of training courses. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As an HR Analyst 1, you will be responsible for revising, preparing, and delivering training courses and materials. This includes conducting research and data analysis; creating reports, presentations, and e-learning site content; and providing graphic and illustration support to team members. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn, apply, and leverage new software applications and growing technology platforms to support the strategic investment in Treasury employees through training and development.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You will be eligible for part-time telework, up to 2 days per week. Management may discontinue the telework arrangement at any time, for any reason. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters location. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. . QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:

You must have experience utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC, Microsoft 365 or similar applications.

You must be able to work independently to complete assignments and handle a high volume of work in an efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud products.

Bachelors degree in education, instructional design or graphic design.

Full-time professional experience facilitating instructor-led training or teaching.

Full-time professional experience in instructional development.

Experience utilizing Articulate 360 and Storyline.

Full-time professional experience in graphic design.
