We are seeking a Print and Mail Production Supervisor to direct workflow for the effective and efficient processes of the Digital Print Center. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Print/Mail Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficiency of printers, the electronic publishing system, and associated software. You will take inventory and purchase supplies, maintain a printer activity log, and assist in the resolution of any associated hardware or software malfunctions and determine course of action for reoccurring error conditions. Additionally, you will recommend new procedures to management to ensure productivity is at it's best.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Print Production Technician; or One year as a Mail Production Team Leader; or Two years of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Special Requirements: You must have possession of an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent. You must have at least one year of experience in the skilled operation of lithographic presses.
