Reference #: 5001051296406 Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Product Support - Inside Sales Representative Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Position Summary: The role of the Product Support Growth Manager is to actively develop initiatives and create opportunities for our product support team. This will require management and oversight of retail marketing, e-commerce, repair options, quoting, data quality and analysis aligned to product support growth. The manager will assemble a team who understands the objectives and direction provided by senior leadership in conjunction with input from Caterpillar, product support and service management, PSSRs, ISR, and machine sales team. The goal of this position is to create the best product support experience our customers deserve, utilizing data analytics, improved processes, aggressive marketing campaigns, sales force training and specific target focus. To achieve these goals frequent customer visits and interactions will be required to insure alignment with specific customer needs and to identify differing growth opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Define and Implement Growth Plan Identify and define the growth plan that will take the business to the next level. The growth plan is based on data-driven insights, user information, customer data, and CAT metrics. Coordinate the growth team and other department teams to execute the growth plan. The growth manager works closely with the IT department, marketing, management, operations, sales, and other internal teams to implement the growth initiatives. Optimize the sales process (i.e., moving users down the sales funnel). Gather User Insights Determine opportunities to increase revenue and minimize expenditures Gathering user insights through feedback surveys, questionnaires, etc. Customer Acquisition and Retention Initiate Strategies to motivate customers to see the value in purchasing CAT parts and service. Determine new ways to acquire new customers within the territory to help increase revenue and growth metrics Help develop and implement ways to retain current customers currently using Cleveland Brothers Marketing - Data Analytics: Manage Retail, E-commerce and Data Specialists Identifies, creates and deploys marketing programs and campaigns targeted for Retail Market segment Develop and implement E-commerce business plan Establish metrics to track Retail and E-commerce performance Leverages analytics (ex. OLGA, BCS) to identify & define highest growth opportunities and set targeted customer segments to develop solutions for growth Maintain continuous OLGA data clean up and review Coordinates with Product Support Manager to deploy sales funnel execution to Product Support sales team and track performance including campaign effectiveness, to outline major contributors to success or lack thereof Analyze sales performance - Sales to Users (STU), Revenue & POPS targets by major class parts aligned to Big Rock initiatives and goals Training: Product Support Growth Manager must develop deep understanding of competitive landscape by visiting customers with sales team in targeted markets In conjunction with PS sales management - Develop personnel training by assessing product support sales team (PSSRs, ISRs) specific needs to provide knowledge and improved salesmanship to support growth initiatives Provide feedback and review of established performance goals Adjust campaigns or marketing programs, when necessary, to achieve targets in conjunction with Product Support Sales Management In conjunction with parts management - develop training for parts counter personnel to increase sales and inform customers of product support offerings Insure all Product Support Sales team and Marketing team are knowledge on Cleveland Brothers Rebuild capabilities and offerings, and how to communicate information accurately to customers Why Join the Cleveland Brothers Team Market Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account.
