Are you a motivated professional with an IT background interested in advancing your career? This position is responsible for providing management of highly visible, complex projects in support of the agencies served by the Employment, Banking, and Revenue (EBR) IT Delivery Center. In the role of Project Manager 3, you will participate in the establishment of delivery center level strategic initiatives, process design and governance. This position offers a great opportunity for professional growth.   DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Project Manager 3 plans, organizes, prioritizes, and manages multiple work efforts across multiple teams. You will have the opportunity to organize and lead meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, create project charters and identify and document project risks and issues. Work includes ensuring that all required project documentation is in compliance and completed accurately and timely. Communication will be key as you will build relationships with diverse business, technical and OA teams, as well as communicating with executive level leadership.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. May require minimal after hours work. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six years of experience in leading IT projects and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes six years of experience in leading IT projects.

Additional Requirements: You must have working experience with Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio. You must have working experience with budgets, contracts, and procurement. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Preferred Qualifications (not required): Possession of a Project Management Professional Certification, ITIL Foundations Certificate, and/or LEAN training
