Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently looking for full time and part time Activities Aides during day and evening hours! We are seeking candidates who have a passion for working with seniors. Applicants should be creative, outgoing, and motivational to our residents in activities and events.

Requirements of the Activities Aide:

• High School diploma or GED

• Must be able to relate professionally and positively to our residents and families and to work cooperatively with others

• A wholehearted individual whose interests lie with our residents, and meeting the recreation program and service needs.

• Long-Term Care experience preferred

Responsibilities of the Activities Aide:

• Assisting the Activity Director in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive therapeutic recreation services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident.

• Complete required documentation, assist with planning and leadership of special events, and maintain activity department supplies and equipment.
