As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our data infrastructure builds. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the successful execution of our data center projects, ensuring they align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction projects to align with organizational goals.

2. Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting.

3. Partner with preconstruction to ensure collaboration and seem less handoff to construction.

4. Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

5. Tenant Fit Out Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, and commissioning to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scope of tenant fit out projects with the DCIB teams leading these efforts.

6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the project team, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

7. Vendor Management: work with preconstruction and procurement to select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

8. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

10. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational use cases.

11. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

12. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational efficiency.

13. Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance data center performance and sustainability.

14. Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on an as needed basis.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
