Our

General Manager for Repair Servicesposition is open at our

Harrisonburg, Virginialocation. In this role, you will lead a talented team of employees in repairing customer electronic equipment while attaining operational, administrative, and financial performance goals for your location as well as ISO 9001 compliance. To be great at this job you will have at least 5 years related experience as a leader with financial and operational responsibilities as well as electronics experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Your people skills will be phenomenal and you will be skilled in communicating with and bringing out the best in your team. You will work well under pressure and shift quickly between big picture and crucial details making sure our we deliver what our customers expect: on time, top quality results. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO 9001 a plus as well as a continuous improvement mindset is appreciated. You will need a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record for this position.
