The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: * Leads the Human Resources, Employee Relations and Labor Relations efforts for the locations * Acts as the key liaison between the Company and Union for all labor related items * Mediates and dispositions all labor disputes, grievances, etc. * Supports hiring activities, community affairs functions, communication efforts, safety initiatives, etc. * Leads all Employee Relations / Labor Relations / Human Resources investigations. * Willingness to be on-call. * Must be able to exercise, influence and guidance.to plant leadership team, direct reports as well as to employees throughout the organization. This position also requires skills in problem solving, performance management, forecasting, short and long range planning.as well as conflict resolution.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
