About the Role:

As a CBRE Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the team and client conducting research, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of account performance metrics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate and review reports using aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.

  • Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to escalated requests from management and vendors.

  • Understand and work with advanced scenario planning tools and models. Investigate new trends in general business conditions.

  • Identify opportunities for large improvements among the clients and company.

  • Work with personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.

  • Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Impact a range of customer ; facilities management, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.

  • Monitor and report on budgets, training compliance

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with minimum of 5 years of experience as Business analyst, project management, or real estate. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Excellence in Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset

  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules

  • Knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Consultant, position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Consultant, position is $126,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
