Description:
Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Gift Entry Data Processor (Analyst) to join Gift Giving Fund Development Philanthropy Team.
As part of the database team, responsible for gift entry, donor acknowledgment, event registration and data entry for constituents in the Blackbaud CRM database.
What you will do:
Enters and updates biographical and gift data on donors, prospects and constituents in an accurate and timely manner.
Manages event registration for fundraising events and complete report requests as assigned.
Assists with special projects as necessary. Some travel may be required.
Runs analytical reports on a consistent basis. Assists with administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Process and coordinate regional special event registration for signature events
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree desired, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years data entry experience preferred.
Experience on Blackbaud CRM or other data-base software and in a development office setting preferred.
Microsoft Office proficiency required.
Experience in a development/fundraising office working with donors and confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines, while working closely with other staff and volunteers in a results-oriented and high-energy environment, is critical, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Successful candidates will demonstrate teamwork and cooperation in meeting department goals.
