Insight Global Junior Project Manager in Hartford, Connecticut

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to bring on a Junior Project Manager to help support the maintenance of websites they are rebuilding. This role is responsible for managing customer support tickets, answering incident tickets, ensuring effective communication between customers and cross-functional development teams. This person will be collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, developers and product managers to ensure customer-centric design, functionality and branding standards. They will also assist in any KPI's related to customer service and satisfaction as well as prepare reports on customer service trends.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years experience in customer service and support within the technology space

-Experience with Project Methodologies: Agile. waterfall, scrum, kanban as needed

-Experience with project management tools such as Jira, and Confluence

-Experience with customer support tools such as Helix

-Experience in the public sector: Municipal, State Federal Government

-Experience managing customer support requests -Experience with customer support tools: Helix, Footprints a plus null
