The Applications Program Manager/Account Manager will work with the customer and the rest of the team to ensure the customer's expectations are met.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Program Manager to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, remote, and is a contract position for 12 months.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the customer and the rest of the team to ensure the customer's expectations are met and everything is communicated clearly too all stakeholders

  • Maintain relationships with the customer and utilize customer feedback to recommend improvements

  • Responsible for coordinating meetings between all entities involved and ensuring everyone is on the same page

  • Support implementation of industry-standard policies and procedures and ensure all staff follow these standards throughout the web development/document lifecycle

  • Manage all aspects of the overall project to completion and work with the customer on creating service-level agreements and developing operating-level agreements for the enterprise-level web-based CMS

What You'll Need

Required:

  • This position requires a good communicator with at least five years of experience working with a large customer of at least 500 employees. Provide at least one example of how they ensured customer engagement and approval during the complete life cycle of the project

  • Provide at least one example of how they ensured the team followed industry standards during a redesign of a web content management system with over a hundred web pages

  • The position requires at least three years’ experience writing service-level agreements and/or operating-level agreements for a Content Management System or enterprise-level website

Mandatory:

  • The position/team must provide at least one example of a successful project they completed using the recommended web development platform

  • The position/team of resources must have at least five years combined experience in enterprise-level website branding/rebranding

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
